Xavier Daché

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Xavier graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris in 2002. After three years with a telecom operator and five years in strategy consulting at Bain & Company, he co-founded Paris Corporate Housing with Thibaut in 2011.

At PCH, in addition to the development of the activity and the management of the daily operations, Xavier invests a significant part of his time in the implementation of the processes and the technical solution making it possible to absorb the sustained growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Thibaut Allix

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Thibaut graduated from ESSEC in 2003. After eight years of consulting at Bain & Company for private equity funds and banks, he co-founded Paris Corporate Housing with Xavier in 2011.

At PCH, Thibaut is focused on developing the portfolio, sourcing the best-located and most attractive properties from the corporate clients' perspective, while providing owners with his unparalleled expertise in the real estate market as well as in the tax schemes subtleties.

Arnaud Laurent-Tenaille


Arnaud is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (2007) and HEC (2010). He practiced as a lawyer in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and securites law for 6 years. Driven by his taste for real estate, he then joined the Paris Corporate Housing team in 2017 where he took responsibility for the "Left Bank - Paris Centre" portfolio. This portfolio represents approximately €150M of assets under management and €6M of annual rent placed.

Cécile Petit

Senior Portfolio Manager

Cécile holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the European Business School (Paris) and studied in Hong Kong. She worked as a project manager at ENGIE for 2 years before joining Paris Corporate Housing in 2019. After a successful beginning career, she took over the responsibility of the "Paris West" portfolio, representing about 150M€ of assets under management and about 6M€ of annual rent placed.

Linda Hage

Rental Manager

Linda holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the Vatel Paris Hotel School. After team management experiences in the event industry (Roland Garros, Paris Motor Show...), operational experiences in the luxury hotel industry in Paris and Dubai as well as a commercial experience for a luxury brand, Linda joined PCH to take charge of the leasing operations of the "Left Bank - Paris Centre" team.

Alexandre Gros

Rental Manager

Alexandre holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Les Roches Hotel Management School in Crans-Montana, Switzerland. After several experiences in Japan in 5-star hotels where he held operational and team management positions, Alexandre joined Paris Corporate Housing to take charge of the leasing operations of the "Paris West" team.

Christelle Erbs

Property Manager

Christelle worked for a property management company in western Paris for 10 years before joining Paris Corporate Housing in 2016. After having accompanied the evolution of the accounting and operational processes during her first years at PCH, Christelle is now the property manager of the Left Bank - Paris Centre" team.

Najoua Hida

Property Manager

Najoua holds an Avanced Technician Certificate (BTS) in real estate and has 18 years of experience with various property managers in the Paris area and Île de France region. Before joining PCH's "Paris West" team, Najoua was a property manager at Foncia Property Management, specializing in institutional properties.

Yasmina Dsuli

Quality and Inspection Manager

Yasmina has a Bachelor's degree in Luxury Management, specializing in Housekeeping. She has worked as a housekeeper Manager in several luxuy hotels in Paris, ensuring the well-being of the guests. At PCH, Yasmina ensures that the properties whose owners have delegated the management to us are handed over to the tenants in a perfect state of preparation and cleanliness. When the tenants leave, Yasmina takes charge of the management and the costing of potential repairs.

Thomas Davault

Assistant Property Manager

Thomas joined Paris Corporate Housing in 2018 as a work-study student and is now preparing a Bachelor's degree in "Real Estate Management and Negotiations", still in work-study. During the 4 days he spends at PCH per week, he is in charge of solving problems such as household appliance issues, monitoring boiler maintenance, collecting annual home insurance certificates, or managing tenant entry and exit declarations with the tax authorities.

Luka Goyena

Rental Associate

Luka joined Paris Corporate Housing as a two-year work-study student as part of his studies at ESSEC (Global BBA), where he won the international eloquence competition in 2021.

A Franco-British national, he is in charge of processing visit requests and carrying them out for the "Paris West" team.

As a student at ESSCA School of Management in the Grande Ecole program, Lola joined the Paris Corporate Housing team for an internship. Following this internship, she hopes to pursue a Master's degree in the real estate sector. Lola is in charge of processing visit requests as well as carrying them out.

Gabriel Drescher

Rental Associate

Gabriel joined Paris Corporate Housing as an intern as part of his master's degree in finance at EDHEC Business School. At PCH, he is in charge of processing the various requests and organizing apartment visits for the Left Bank-Paris Centre team. Following this internship, he would like to pursue a career in investment banking.

Louna Veyssade

Rental Associate

After receiving and Advanced Technician Certificate (BTS) in Digital Customer Relations and several experiences in the field of sales, Louna joined PCH as a work-study student on her way to earn a Bachelor's degree in "Real Estate Management and Negotiations". She is in charge of processing requests for visits and carrying them out for the "Left Bank - Paris Centre" team.

Lucie Heurtebize

IT Developer

Lucie received her engineer's degree in Computer Science from the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Léonard- de-Vinci (ESILV) after an exchange in Riga, Latvia. Since joining Paris Corporate Housing in 2020, she has developed numerous tools on the Salesforce system to streamline and optimize the daily operations of the teams.

Karim Si Ahmed

IT developper

Karim is on his way to earn a Master's degree in Computer Science after already obtaining two Bachelor's degree, one in Electronic and one in Telecommunication. Under Lucie's supervision, he is working on the evolution of the Paris Corporate Housing website, aiming to give more real time visibility to our clients on the leasing and property management operations.
